My Dadaji used to say, “Once you know your roots, you are good to grow higher and higher.” Today we are experiencing his words in real life along with the people of Talegaon.
Before taking any step, we asked ourselves a few questions: What is the purpose of doing all this? Would it make a difference in the society? Is it going to help the people around us? We received only one answer to these questions. Even if there’s a 1% change we can bring to the society, We must do it!
As a farmer by profession and a social worker by nature, I felt like it was my responsibility to understand the root cause of the problem that the most of the people are facing in Talegaon.
They have fertile lands but do not have labor power. They possess skills, but there is no platform to utilize them. They have a degree, but they’ve not been able to travel to big cities because of financial instability.
All in all, this situation needed an expert solution and guidance from someone who can lead better and cut down the risk. Now the question strikes: Why? Because we still belong to our roots.
Remembering the golden words of our grandparent and the willingness to take local roots to the global level became our mission; hence, Anugroup was born. It isn’t made for chasing trends but for creating a better future for the people. Right from generating employment to improvement in personal living. Every vertical was created because someone, somewhere, somehow needed it. But our vision doesn’t stop at the local level.
To uplift communities, one must think ahead. That’s where the global mindset comes in. Adapting modern systems, long-term planning, innovations in local business, and tech-based solutions are brought together to ensure local-to-global reach.
This vision to take local empathy and global ambition is what empowers Anugroup to create an ecosystem to support not just today but for generations.
That’s the real power of Anugroup. Always been inspired by ‘U’
